First, temperature control is very important for baking, so Bandit recommends computer ovens, which may be more expensive than mechanical ovens, but the temperature control is accurate;
Second, there are two upper and lower heating tubes, which can be heated at the same time or can be individually controlled;
Third, there must be built-in lighting to facilitate the observation of the food status during the baking process;
Fourth, there are at least three layers inside the oven, or more than three layers;
Fifth, the capacity is recommended to be 30L or more, but there is no need to be too large for home use. A large oven of 50 or 60 liters is too large for ordinary families to use;
Sixth, it is best to have a fermentation function. When baking bread, it will save a lot of trouble to use the oven to ferment.
