• Q: What are your production facilities?

   
  A: We manufacture in an 8,000 m² workshop in Hangzhou with 10+ production lines and 50+ machines, covering all eight processes from material cutting through bending, welding and powder coating to packing. Buyers are welcome to visit.
• Q: What certifications does your factory hold?

   
  A: Two. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, and our factory is audited under amfori BSCI, the social compliance standard required by most European retail groups. Both the certificate and the audit report are available to buyers on request, and we welcome buyers' own factory audits at any time.
• Q: What does ISO 9001 mean for my order?

   
  A: It means every batch is traceable to its material lot and production date,non-conforming items are quarantined and recorded rather than reworked quietly, and recurring defects trigger a documented corrective action. In practice, it is why your fifth order looks like your first.
• Q: Can you provide REACH or RoHS test reports?

   
  A: Yes, arranged per order. Tell us your destination market and the standards you need to meet, and we will arrange testing through SGS, Intertek or BV before shipment, with cost shared based on order volume.
• Q: How long does production take?

   
  A: Stock items ship in 7–10 days. Standard products take 15–20 days under 500 pcs and 20–25 days above 500 pcs. Fully custom products with new tooling take 25–30 days. Your lead time is confirmed in writing in the quotation, before any deposit.
• Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

   
  A: 100 pieces per item for standard products, against an industry average of 500+.Mixed-SKU orders are accepted with no plate fee.
• Q: Can you put our logo on the product and the packaging?

   
  A: Yes. Logos are applied by silkscreen printing or laser engraving on the product, and by digital printing on cartons and sealing tape. Custom colour boxes, white boxes and gift packaging are all available.
• Q: Do you handle export documents and certificates of origin?

   
  A: Yes, in house. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin, including FORM E and RCEP certificates where they apply, which can reduce import duty in eligible markets. Tell us your destination country before you order so we can advise.
• Q: Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

   
  A: Yes. We provide samples so you can check material, finish and construction before committing to production.
• Q: Which products do you manufacture?

   
  A: Three categories - office organizers (desk organizers, pen holders, file trays, waste baskets, clipboards, monitor stands, stationery sets), whiteboards (folding, mobile,fridge and magnetic) and felt boards.
• Q: Can you arrange shipping to my country?

   
  A: Yes. We work with 200+ freight forwarders, compare quotes for each shipment,and support LCL consolidation, split shipments and multi-warehouse delivery.
• Q: Which trade fairs do you exhibit at?

   
  A: We exhibit every year, both in China and overseas. Since 2021 we have taken part in 22 trade fairs, including nine Canton Fair sessions in Guangzhou and twelve overseas shows in Poland, Germany (Frankfurt), Brazil, Mexico, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. In 2026 we exhibited in Frankfurt in February, at the 139th Canton Fair in May (Booth 9.3K07) and at Poland Homelife Expo in Warsaw in June (Booth B168).
